Letitcia hears a woman's voice singing. It seems to startle her awake. The same thing happens every night. Here nerves are frazzled by the time they get to the last motel of the trip.

That night there is no respite. She goes to sleep and is again awakened. This time she hears a lady singing, "My Darling Clementine." She ventures down to the lobby and sees a young lady her own age seated at the player piano. She is dressed in satin and slik and is wearing a feather as well as silver shoes.

The winds roar around her. The fireplace flares up. Show falls in the lobby and the hallway. Letitcia barely makes it back to her room alive and huddles with her pets.

What is going on? Letitcia had better figure it out. The mysterious singer has no intentions of leaving her alone.
